NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Sherwood Park Minor Baseball Association Members:
Notice is hereby given to all Members of the Sherwood Park Minor Baseball Association that a Special General Meeting will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 1800h. The meeting will take place at the Shop Baseball Facility, located at 167 Provincial Avenue in Sherwood Park.
The Special General Meeting is being called to rescind the current set of bylaws and review proposed new bylaws. In addition, the Association’s new Suspension and Termination of Membership Policy will be shared with members. Both the current and proposed bylaws are available below for review, along with the aforementioned policy, and a draft meeting agenda.
