Log Cabin Rental Information

The Sherwood Park Community Hall Log Cabin (click here for map), 50 Spruce Avenue, is available for private rental.  This spacious facility is ideal for any type of meeting, gathering, event, party or social occasion.  The Log Cabin features ample parking and full kitchen facilities in a park setting.

The Log Cabin has maximum seating for 210 people, with space for a DJ, band, or dance floor.  There is a kitchen with a cooler and two stoves.  The kitchen is separated from the rest of the hall by a counter.  

Rental Rates: 
Monday to Thursday: $130.00 for 4-hours, additional hours at $32.50/hour (damage deposit $130.00)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $425.00 for the day (damage deposit $425.00)
Weekend Rates: $650.00 for Friday noon to Sunday noon (damage deposit $650.00)

Damage deposits are required in advance to hold all bookings.  Damage deposits will be cashed, and will be refunded within approximately 30-days after the rental date.

When renting the hall, your responsibilities include making sure the hall is clean when you leave – clean the kitchen, sweep the floor, take out any and all garbage (including streamers, balloons, confetti, etc), clean and replace chairs and tables.  A list of duties is supplied to each renter.
